It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed physician, nurse, pharmacist, or other qualified health provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this site.

AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Confidence estimates shown in reports are rough indications of symptom-pattern consistency, not diagnostic probabilities. Always confirm medication information with your pharmacist and the official label.

No provider relationship

Using QuickCareAI does not create a doctor–patient, nurse–patient, or pharmacist–patient relationship. QuickCareAI is not a covered entity under HIPAA and this service is not intended for the transmission of information subject to HIPAA on behalf of a healthcare provider.

What we store

  • Account data: your email address and sign-in method.
  • Conversations and reports: stored in your account only, protected by row-level security so no other user can access them. You can delete them at any time; deleting your account deletes everything.
  • Photos you upload (prescription labels, symptom photos) are sent to the AI for analysis and are not stored on our servers.

What we don't do

  • We never sell your health information — not to advertisers, not to anyone.
  • We don't use your conversations to train AI models.
  • We don't show ads based on your health questions.

Third-party processing

Your messages are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate responses, subject to Google's API data-handling terms. Authentication and storage are provided by Supabase. We share only what's necessary to operate the service.

Your choices

You can use the tools without entering identifying details — first names and specifics are never required. You can delete conversations and reports from your dashboard, or contact us to erase your account entirely.
