Free Trial. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all paid features. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a free tier with limited features unless you choose to subscribe.
Paid Plans. We offer the following subscription plans:
Family Profiles. Paid plans include up to 5 family member profiles at no additional cost.
Payment. Subscription payments are processed through our payment partners. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at Support@QuickCareAI.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.
Refunds. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After this period, all payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Price Changes. We may change subscription prices upon 30 days' advance notice to your registered email address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

AI-generated responses you receive through our platform are provided for your personal informational use only and may not be republished, sold, or represented as professional medical advice.
No Warranties. QuickCareAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any health information provided through the platform.
No Medical Warranty. We expressly disclaim any warranty that information provided through our AI tools is medically accurate, up-to-date, or appropriate for your specific health situation. AI-generated health information has inherent limitations and should never be the sole basis for health decisions.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickCareAI and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any health decisions made based on information obtained through our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickCareAI from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at Support@QuickCareAI.com. Upon account closure, your subscription will be cancelled, and your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason at our discretion. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability.
